A dear Brother and Uncle. A Service of Thanksgiving for Billy's Life took place in D Watters Funeral Home, Tobermore on Wednesday, April 1st. A private cremation took place at Antrim and Newtownabbey Crematorium on Wednesday, 8th April 2026. "The Lord is my Shepherd"
